This is really Monday's post, just going up a bit late...  We worked in the morning and then had a free afternoon - an opportunity to shower and wash clothes. I also went for a stroll and took a few photos.

Moritz from Berlin and Antoni from Warsaw studying Dogen's Shobogenzo Zuimonki. Antoni is the youngest here, still in secondary school. Somehow he's managed to get the time off. Despite the shaved heads they are not monks... many of the short-term residents shaved their heads a few days ago... one less thing to worry about.
